First-Time Home Buyer Seminars and One-on-One Counseling                      

Entering the residential real estate market for the first time can be intimidating.  To help people prepare, HODC provides one-on-one counseling and offers quarterly seminars that focus on home buying topics, such as negotiating a home purchase and mortgage. 

HODC's most recent First-Time Home Buyer Seminar was held March 9th, 2004 at the Niles Public Library, 6960 West Oakton Street, Niles, IL.
